Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about how we work, what engagements include and how the studio operates from Singapore.

How is a brand engagement structured at Engage Ripple?

Every engagement opens with discovery — stakeholder interviews, audience segmentation and a review of existing brand materials. We then develop a positioning framework and message hierarchy, followed by creative direction and campaign architecture. Working cadence depends on the engagement model: retainers run on a monthly rhythm, sprints compress discovery into two to four weeks, and project engagements follow a scoped milestone plan. Singapore and APAC teams receive documented deliverables at each stage, with handover sessions designed for immediate use by your internal marketing team.

How long does a typical positioning sprint take?

A positioning sprint typically runs two to four weeks, depending on stakeholder availability and the depth of audience segmentation required. Week one focuses on discovery; weeks two and three develop the positioning framework and message hierarchy; the final days include creative direction notes and a handover session with your Singapore marketing team.

Who do you work with?

We work with founders, marketing leads and brand managers at Singapore companies and regional scale-ups. Clients typically seek clearer positioning, campaign architecture for a launch, or ongoing narrative stewardship through a brand strategy retainer. We also support in-house teams that need external creative direction without adding permanent headcount.

How does discovery work?

Discovery includes stakeholder interviews, a review of existing brand and campaign materials, competitive context mapping and audience segmentation workshops. Sessions may be held at our Ubi studio or via video for APAC teams in other time zones. Outputs feed directly into the positioning framework — nothing is decorative or disconnected from the deliverables that follow.

What does a campaign architecture deliverable include?

A campaign architecture deliverable includes the channel mix, story arc, phased editorial calendar, channel briefs and integration notes. Creative direction guidelines ensure assets across touchpoints inherit the same message hierarchy and brand system. For launch partnerships, the architecture extends to internal alignment documents and a coordination plan for the go-to-market window.

What are your working hours and timezone?

The studio operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Singapore Time (SGT). Email enquiries received outside these hours are acknowledged on the next business day. Launch partnerships and retainer engagements include agreed flexibility for regional APAC check-ins outside core hours when project timelines require it.

How do you handle personal data under PDPA?

We collect personal data only with consent and for stated purposes — typically to respond to enquiries and deliver contracted services. Data is retained only as long as necessary and handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. For unresolved concerns, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

How are proposals scoped?

After an initial conversation, we prepare a proposal outlining the engagement model, scope, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms. Proposals reference the specific capabilities required — brand strategy, creative direction, campaign architecture or content systems — and are tailored to your organisation's stage, markets and internal capacity. Commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
